| Marian Fergerson lives in Cody, Wyoming, and has painted for forty years. She first started in oils and then moved into other mediums such as acrylics, water colors, colored pencils, enamels, and pen and ink. She has other interests in the art field, but her first love is with acrylics. She has been teaching art classes to students for the past 24 years and has traveled to numerous states and taught workshops. Her greatest joy is to see the look of accomplishment on the faces of her students when they have completed their project. |

| To further her own education, Marian has attended many seminars and workshops across the United States and taken classes from some of the top artists in their fields.
She belongs to the Society of Decorative Painters, the Montana.Wyoming Chapter of Decorative Painters, and the Cody Art League. She has had shows at the Cody Art League and the Park County Library. She just finished participating in the Park County Library Foundation - Decorator's Holiday House Benefit, where she designed, painted, and decorated three Christmas trees.
